There are a number of important functions available from the program's menu bar.
Note that some of these functions are not available to non-registered users - nor are they available from the HTML window.
To use all of these functions, you must be a registered user of My CopyWriter, and you must click on the Edit tab to display the Edit window.
The File Menu
New - Select this to generate a new sales letter.
Save As - Select this to save a sales letter as a plain text file, email message, HTML page, or Word document.
Print - Select this to send a generated sales letter to your printer.
Close - Select this to close My CopyWriter.
Exit - Select this to close My CopyWriter.
The Edit Menu
Undo - Select this to reverse the last action performed in the Edit Window.
Cut - Select this to remove and then place highlighted text onto the Windows clipboard.
Copy - Select this to simply place highlighted text onto the Windows clipboard.
Paste - Select this to place whatever text is on the Windows clipboard into the Edit window.
Select All - Select this to highlight everything in the Edit window.
AutoCorrect - Select this to start My CopyWriter's AutoCorrect function.
The Thesaurus Menu
Suggested Synonyms - Select this if you want My CopyWriter to present a list of words synonymous to a highlighted word.
WordWeb Synonyms - Select this if you want WordWeb Pro to present a list of words synonymous to a highlighted word. Note: You cannot replace a word with a synonym by clicking on it - you must manually replace the word by typing it.
Internet Synonyms - Select this if you want Thesaurus.com to present a list of words synonymous to a highlighted word.
Phrase Replacements - Select this if you want to edit your own list of synonyms, introduction, features, or sales phrases.
The Search Menu
Find - Select this to find a word or phrase inside the Edit window.
Replace - Select this to replace a word or phrase with another inside the Edit window.
The Help Menu
Contents - Select this to open the help file that you're reading now.
About - Select this to see the program's information box.
